We are now looking for summer substitutes for our store Coop Kållered Gamla Riksvägen. We want you to have a good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious, see the customer's needs, and deliver the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative and are happy to come up with suggestions and ideas, and you find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, selling, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and streamline both the business and yourself.

Your tasks will vary, and you will work with all common tasks in the store, such as customer service, cash handling, and restocking. Customers should always be greeted by a fresh and well-stocked store and receive top-class service.

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You easily create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and feel confident handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in the grocery retail sector (service, cash handling, fruits & vegetables, or bakery) is highly meritorious, but engagement, willingness to learn, and personal suitability are just as important to us.

The positions are summer substitutes for 20 hours/week during weeks 25-33 (June-August), with training before the summer and the possibility to work extra in the fall. Recruitment is ongoing, and positions may be filled before the application deadline.

• Must be at least 18 years old as you need to work independently at the cash register
• Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement
• Previous experience in grocery retail is meritorious
